Founder | Landscape Architect
Amanda Richardson founded AWR Designs with the goal of delivering high-quality landscape architecture services with the responsiveness and efficiency that development teams need.
With extensive experience in commercial site design and project management, Amanda has worked on a wide range of development projects including retail, restaurants, offices, hospitality, healthcare, and multi-family housing.
Her expertise includes construction documentation, landscape design, and coordination with civil engineers and project teams throughout the development process.
Amanda is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects moving efficiently. She approaches each site as a unique opportunity to create thoughtful, functional environments that support the overall vision of the development.
Cody Richardson, RLA
Landscape Architect | Planning
Cody Richardson brings a multidisciplinary approach that blends urban planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.
His work focuses on planning and design strategies that support strong communities and successful developments. Cody has extensive experience in site analysis, master planning, park planning, and urban design, as well as downtown and corridor planning initiatives.
He has managed award-winning projects ranging from commercial site planning to large-scale community plans.
Cody also has significant experience leading community engagement efforts, including stakeholder meetings, public workshops, and coordination with elected officials and municipal representatives.
His ability to integrate planning, design, and collaboration helps bring complex projects together successfully.
